The supplied Phase 2 factsheet lists 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses, 3-bedroom duplexes, and 4- and 5-bedroom villas. Sellable built-up areas range from 1,938 to 4,887 sq ft. Specific units and availability must be confirmed with PSI.
What payment plans are available?
The Phase 2 payment document provides a 35/65 plan for non-UAE nationals and a 30/70 plan for UAE nationals, both starting with 5% on signing the SPA. A separate 25/75 option is advertised with a 2% rebate, subject to developer terms. The full schedule is available above.
What are the prices and completion date?
The developer publishes indicative average prices for each home type. Your exact price depends on the available unit and developer terms. Ask PSI for current unit pricing, availability and the contractual completion date before making a purchase decision.
What amenities are planned?
The developer materials describe Manchester City Park, a Manchester City Training Academy, football fields, a crystal lagoon, canal promenade, City Social Club, and wellness and recovery facilities. All amenities and renderings remain subject to the developer’s final specifications.
